Part-Time Caregiver Needed in North Hollywood, CA

We are looking for a compassionate and reliable caregiver to provide part-time care and companionship for a 25-year-old son with special needs. He is a kind, social young man who thrives with consistent routines, engaging activities, and positive interaction. This is not a medical position—our priority is a warm daily presence, friendly engagement, and light assistance to help maintain his comfort, safety, and daily routine.

The individual is fully mobile and communicative, but benefits from gentle guidance and some help with daily tasks. We are located in North Hollywood. Occasional weekend hours, with the possibility of an overnight stay, may be needed on a case-by-case basis.

Responsibilities include:
• Offer friendly conversation and companionship throughout the day
• Prepare meals and assist with light household tasks (tidying, laundry, etc.)
• Remind him to take medications on schedule
• Drive to and from physical therapy appointments (mileage reimbursed)
• Ensure overall comfort, safety, and well-being
• Assist with occasional errands or walks, as needed

• Basic English is required
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Patient, respectful, and trustworthy demeanor
• Reliable and punctual
